The importance of the time is different for the different persons.
A small example is as below:
At the last half and hour of an three hour examination the students thinks that the time is racing and it should stop at the moment so that he/she can answer more questions or can have more time to recheck the attempted answers.
But, the person who is on invigilation duty thinks that the time is taking too much to complete three hours and it should just pass quickly so that he/she can get free early from the duty.
The importance of the time here is different for the students and the invigilator.
But the fact remains that the time goes by it's own pace. It does not care who is in hurry or who wants that the time should just stop. Time just keeps on moving ahead.
